Three oboes perfectly adapted to the music they have been made for. They
are able to play the whole repertoire with oboe since the early baroque
period (beginning of XVIIth century) until Beethoven and Schubert in the
XIXth century:
- One keyed Grand Hautbois or French cromorne :
this is the suitable instrument for ballet dances and outdoor music from the
end of Renaissance until Lully's ballets de cour.
- Hautboy
after Thomas Stanesby junior. The warm tone and flexibility of this hautboy
allow to play the whole soloist and orchestral baroque repertoire from
Hotteterre until C.P.E. Bach.
